Why we love this Wine
What CRFT lack in vowels they make up for in flavour. For those in the know, Gruners coming out of Kuitpo have been claiming some compelling new territory for the grape. This is the tenth release of the style from CRFT and their use of wild fermentation in tank and oak leaves this wine as textured as a footballer’s mullet. Honeydew melon, lychee, peach, a little unexpected pepperiness.
