Why we love this Wine
An homage to skin contact. Not the first, and certainly not the last we hope to see. Arinto and Malvasia are perfect playmates in a wine of this style; the whole thing has been kept acid-driven and refreshing, with fruitiness in direct complement to tannin. The fruit is fermented on skins to the point of sugar-dryness, then blended (skins and all), sealed up another 5 weeks, then pressed of to some old oak for a wee rest. Rounded edges, but firm structure.
