Good wine starts with good vines. A simple credo, but one that stands Didier Grappe in very good stead. Vinified 'Ouille' style, this wine is a love-letter to Jura, with grapes from 50 year old vineyards with stories to tell. Processed in stainless steel and fiberglass, this wine lets the fruit speak. Refined, restrained complexity, slightly oxidative. Stunning.
