Hand-picked Roussanne from Box Grove Vineyard in Nagambie Lakes of Goulburn Valley. The FIN boys Jonjo, Oliver and Angus are perched on 10 acres of vineyard in the Yarra Valley and work with Sarah from Box Grove for this Mahady fruit. 100% whole bunch with carbonic maceration. 10 days on skins and 3 months on lees. Strap in for a slice of acid on this stone fruit and quincey number. Bright and light. Fresh and floral. Skinsy civilians rejoice.
