Letting the ‘Cellar Rats’ loose in the winery, crafting their own batches, delivers this orange wine from the Rat of 2022, Giovana Cutuli from Mendoza. A waxy little beauty with of full skin-contact expression. Very good. Gris and Gewürzrtaminer. Fun filled fusion.
