Why we love this Wine
We love lees, they’re the bees knees. This little cracker from Good Intentions Wine Co. takes Mount Benson grown Semillon, open fermented and stored on full lees. The herbaceous character of Semillon is a little more subdued here. This is crisp, dry white to scoff down with chippies. Hint of lemony pith. A unique showing of the Limestone Coast’s distinctive terroir.
