Why we love this Wine
A skinsy white blend, pulling in all the brat pack: Chenin, Riesling, Savvy B and Gewurtz. The gang spend time open-fermenting on skins before being sealed for a total of 75 days. They then get another sixty days on lees in the tank, leaving a gutsy, unfiltered fun time behind. Meyer lemons, crystallised ginger and apple blossom, a little heft.
