Why we love this Wine
We like this wine and we like its name. We have complex home lives and we can relate to it. It hails from the Forreston Valley in the Adelaide Hills and Pinot Noir is at its core. A pretty salmon-pink in hue with a fine, energetic bead, it pulses with aromas and flavours of strawberry and redcurrant fruits with hints of soft spice, vanilla, light floral notes and clotted cream. Very enjoyable, crisp lo-fi Hill’s sparkling for the win!
