Why we love this Wine
Where is the line between blushing, skinsy white, and softened, translucent red? The spectrum is subtle and this quintessential field blend sits somewhere in there. Riesling, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Gewürztraminer — grown organically, picked separately, latterly aged in amphora. We're left with a pinot weighted red with aromatics and spice. A crunchy quaffer packing plenty of pep.
