Bouncy, refreshing and invigorating, with an initial blast of pear and citrus; perhaps a whiff of something passionfruity and cider-esque with a tingly saline tang to the finish that gets the tastebuds twanging. It’s like the offspring of a one-night stand between a Champagne and a cider. It’s real nice.
