Why we love this Wine
An interesting blend indeed. Gamay de Bouze and Gamay de Chaudenay, two variants that are said to be extinct outside of the Monts du Forez. It’s topped up with a little Gamaret, not local to the region, but its rich perfume and black fruited form adds structure and depth to this wild ferment. Vibrant and perfumed. Thirst quenching and crunchy. Red currants run wild and just enough white pepper to tease.
